What we collect

When you submit our intake form or subscribe to Field Notes, we collect:

• ▸Team size and budget range
• ▸A description of your AI opportunity

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Why we collect it

To assess whether we can help, to respond to your enquiry, and to send Field Notes if you subscribe. That's it.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and consent (Field Notes subscription).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as we have a reason to — typically the duration of any engagement plus 12 months. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email hello@kodyn.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
